Chairman, CEO and Chief Cultural Officer of Qintess. He's also the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Bottega S.a.r.l., an investment holding company focused on technology enabled opportunities around the world. A passionate entrepreneur, Mr. Baffour is a seasoned investor and operator with a particular expertise in technology enabled businesses, Mr. Baffour has a proven track record in innovation inspired growth, balance sheet restructuring, managing turnarounds and creating shareholder value. He is a global management executive with hands on operating experience in companies across the globe.

Over the past 16 years, Mr. Baffour has led the acquisitions and subsequent management of notable divisions of larger enterprises, including Vertex Data Science from United Utilities Group PLC, DMW Systems from Tomkins Plc, Consonus Data Center from Questar Gas Corporation, and Strategic Technologies from GE Capital, amongst others.

Qintess is the result of the recent merger of Resource IT and Grupo Cimcorp and is today the 9th largest IT business in Brazil, experiencing significant growth through Mr. Baffour's stewardship over the past eight years.

Mr. Baffour has a B.A. in Economics from Lawrence University, a M.S. in Economics from University of North Carolina, and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. Mr. Baffour also attended the London Business School and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).​
